then the data may be destructed by noises and defect even if the measuring
is accurate. However, HEW-250 has a CCD camera on the center and a
slit laser on each side. Scanning from both sides enables to acquire
the data of areas that are difficult by one-side scanning. |

you measure. HEW-250 is made compact and light in weight so that it
can be used with various measuring tools. By using tools such as a
revolving stage and up-down moving stage, it is able to measure the
object from four sides and different angles. |
