It is easy to set up HEW-50S/HS. Once you place an object you want to measure, it is ready to start. Just adjusting one time before delivery is enough and complicated adjustment is needless for this microscope type (measuring stage and detective head in one unit).
In a conventional way of measuring, it is hard to measure living objects such as plants, human skin and small animals because just by one touch may scratch the object. It is also unable to measure objects made of silicon and rubber. However, VOXELAN made it realize to measure such objects by lasers without touching it.
HEW-50S/HS measures small objects with high resolution and accuracy. The picture shown on the left is a sample of wrinkles on the corner of an eye. There are 512x480 points to output this 10mm2picture (0.02mm space,0.01mm error range).
HEW-50S/HS can be also used to measure flowers, plastic objects, silicon mold of fingerprints, and so forth. It can be also used with a revolving stage to measure a whole object, with a color filter to acquire color data, and other customizations are available.
Features: HEW-50 series
Small Object Measuring Fast and precise measuring is realized by optical measuring system, using laser slit beam and CCD cameras.
Compact Body This desktop device is light in weight.
Changeover of Visual Fields CCD unit (option) corresponds to the changeover of visual fields optimum for the object.
